At Sage Family Reunification, we are dedicated to helping families reconnect and evolve from unhelpful family dynamics to effective ways of relating, centered on the best interest of the child(ren). We offer a range of specialized services, including family reconnection therapy, co-parenting therapy, reconnection-focused individual therapy, skills-based group therapy, private mediation, parent coordination and parenting plan evaluations (availability of services pending). We tailor services to meet the unique needs of each family system that is learning a new way to family.
